old manor house and detached cottage, dating back to the
16th century, are full of traditional character and charm.
Ideal for a family vacation, Crabadon Manor, is a 4 bedroom,
3 bathroom house, and is perfectly situated in the most
southerly part of Devon, where the climate is mild, and
the beaches are welcoming. Close to the medieval towns
of Totnes and historic Dartmouth, and with the splendour
of the Dartmoor within easy reach, Crabadon Manor is the
ideal place to spend your holiday vacaion in Devon.
Inside Crabadon Manor
Beamed well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen/dining-room
with stable door to shared garden. Beamed double bedroom
with decorative fireplace and en-suite bathroom/W.C. with
over-bath shower. Sleeps 8 Adults + 2 children
Hand crafted open-tread oak staircase to first floor:
Large beamed living room with sofa-bed (for +2), wooden
floor and stable door to garden. Shower room/W.C.
Lily Pond Cottage
To the rear and part of Crabadon Manor is where Lily Pond
Cottage (a cosy cottage for 2 Adults + 1 ( or 2 small
children) is located.
Outside
Both the cottage and Crabadon Manor are set in 240 acres
with the grounds graced by wisteria, a lily pond, and
fruit trees in a terraced, natural garden with superb
views over open countryside beyond.
